Laser Cleaning & Welding
We come to you and clean or weld by laser — professionally and precisely.
What do we clean?
The laser removes contaminants precisely without damaging the substrate — suitable for many materials and contaminant types.
Rust and corrosion
Rust and corrosion layer removal from metal surfaces without damaging the substrate.
Paint and coatings
Precise removal of paint, lacquer, and other coatings from selected areas.
Oxide films
Oxide film removal before welding or painting for better adhesion.
Weld residues
Post-weld oxide and slag removal from weld seams — precise and fast.
Oil stains and contaminants
Removal of oil stains, grease, and other contaminants from metal surfaces.
Industrial moulds
Cleaning of tyre, shoe, and press moulds in the production process without stopping production.
STONE — stone and masonry surfaces
Soot, dirt, and graffiti removal from stone, concrete, and masonry without damaging the surface.
WOOD — timber structures and furniture
Old paint and soot removal from timber structures, furniture, and logs. Wood left clean and ready for finishing.
Painting service after cleaning
We offer painting in partnership immediately after laser cleaning — the cleaned surface is an ideal base for a new coat.
Cleaning and painting — one workflow
We do not leave jobs half done. As soon as the part is clean from the laser, we protect or paint it — so rust cannot return and you get a finished result from a single source.
Laser cleaning
We remove rust, paint, oxide, and contaminants by laser — precisely and without damaging the substrate.
Immediate protection
Bare metal begins to oxidise immediately. That is why we paint or prime the part right after cleaning — rust has no chance to return.
Finished result
You receive a clean, protected part — ready for use, without having to find a painter yourself.
Service
Laser welding
We also offer laser welding services. Laser welding produces a strong, clean seam with minimal distortion and weld marks — faster than traditional welding and with less post-processing. The same unit combines welding, cutting, and cleaning.
- Smooth and strong seam — minimal distortion
- Stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium, copper, titanium and more
- Thin and thick sheet, tubes, profiles, corners
- Fast — less post-processing and grinding

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does laser cleaning cost?
The price depends on the size of the object, the material, and the thickness of the contamination. Send us a photo of the object — we provide a free assessment within 24 hours. Small parts are more affordable than large surfaces.
Laser cleaning or sandblasting — which to choose?
Laser is the right choice when the substrate must remain undamaged: chrome, aluminium, thin sheet, precision parts, vintage machinery. Sandblasting is abrasive and creates dust — laser works dry, without abrasives and with minimal waste. For large, robust surfaces, sandblasting may be faster.
Does the laser damage the metal?
No. The laser energy is absorbed by the contamination layer (rust, paint, oxide), not the substrate. With the correct settings, the substrate remains completely untouched — which is why laser cleaning is also used in vintage machinery restoration and on precision parts.
Can you clean alloy wheels of rust and old paint?
Yes — cleaning alloy and steel wheels of rust, old paint, and oxide is one of our most common jobs. The laser reaches between the spokes without damaging the aluminium.
Does laser cleaning work on wood and stone too?
Yes. In addition to metal, we also clean stone (facades, graffiti removal, soot) and wood (removal of old paint or soot from log houses and beams) — gently, without damaging the substrate.
Do you come on-site or do I need to bring the part to you?
Either works. We come on-site with the mobile unit across Estonia and Scandinavia. Smaller parts can also be sent by post or courier — we clean them and send them back.
How much does a laser cleaning machine cost?
Machine prices depend on power (100 W to 6000 W) and configuration. View the FROST cleaning machines and FORGE welding machines on our machines page and request a personalised quote — leasing is also possible.
